This is the email i received from support at g2g after i won 9,000.00 dollars off of the 5 dollars real money that g2g's promotion that they were running a little while back if any one can help i would more than appreciate it after i won they locked my account and did not return one of my hundred messages for 2 months not 1 email or nothing than they just sent me this email the terms on the free 5 says there is no limit to how much can be won off the 5 dollars and that you can cash out all winnings

Well if you are in the USA you are out of luck as there is no place to go for help! But if you are not in the USA then you have a LEGAL leg to stand on!
I am not familiar with the game site g2g.
If it is in any way connected to Microgaming you can file a complaint with eCogra. And you might want to check if they monitor g2g if so you can still file even if they are not micro.
Another source is to file with their software provider and their licensing company. You can even file with the local law enforcement where they are located!
