OK HUN it is a boss casino Site they are notorious for not giving bonuses if you  already have acct on that net ,and only allowed 3 diff accoumts on entire boss net from one IP/PC.other rooms on that net include mermaid ,poker heaven, and celeb poker etc . they are very strict when it comes to accounts .Will investigate further but i think this is main prob if you didnt get 5 free..I dont think they give 5 free if you already have acct on the network.use a diff computer to set your account and you willl get bonus.hope this helps if not plz let me know and i will contact suppor

I did find 5€ in my account this morning 

As far as accounts on the network - I did have accouns on the network (had paradise poker when they moved over - and I think i had celeb too - I just never warmed-up to this network)  2. Have not used them (deleted them) way long ago .. ie -over a year.

So not sure how it works - but I did get the 5 - so thank you ... will give an other try to the network.
