From what I understand, contact support with your account id and claim 20 free spins on Hellboy.
Any money won from Free Spins will be converted to Bonus Money. In Order to release this money to Cash funds that can be withdrawn you must playthrough 30 x on any slot games. If whilst reaching playthrough requirements you win additional cash this will be shown in your cash balance but still not withdraw able until the initial playthrough has been met. Example if you win 10.00 playthrough required is 300.00. If whilst achieving playthrough you win another 180.00 this will show as cash balance but may not be withdrawn until the initial 300.00 bonus playthrough is met.
